Abstract
The least, communication between the urinary and the reproductive is a vesicouterine fistula which usually follows accidents attending obstetrics or gynecologic procedures. It is unique in that the patient menstruated. into the bladder each month and the menses could be voided. The rarity of reports of this type of fistula is a tribute to the great improvement in obstetrical and surgical judgement ..and technique. We are reporting a case of vesicouterine fistula caused by LU.D., Lippes loop, and a review of the current literature.
